out of 80 rounds of the pmc i got 5 misfires, looks like slightly weak strikes but still a pretty good hole in the primer from the pin
i wasnt smart enough to save them and post pix here
anybody want to give me some clues?
i'm assuming i'll be dismantling and cleaning it again
thanx as usual

While breaking in my CZ 550 I had a couple of times when the set trigger didn't trip the sear. I worked the saftey and it was fine. If it's a new gun you might just want to get a snap-cap and dry fire it a bit.

I agree with Snowman. Those new bolts are so loaded down with oil that it is possible the firing pin is not moving as freely as it should.
Do you find you are getting a back spray of oil into your face when you shoot?
I have a bolt problem on my new 452FS. The left ejector isn't cut or shaped exactly right causing the cartridge case to be ejected to the left most of the time. At least I might be able to send only the bolt back for that problem.
