Georgia Arms (http://www.georgia-arms.com/pistol.htm#super) makes a 147gr. JHP @ 1200 fps; Winchester (http://www.winchester.com/ammunition/store/cfhproductsheet.aspx?symbol=X38ASHP&qrystr=Y2FydGxpc3QrQUQwLU16Z2dVM1Z3WlhJZ1FYVjBiMjFoZEdsaklDc3RVQStBQ1UtM2QrQUNVLTNkK0FDWS11c2VsaXN0K0FEMC1ub25lK0FDWS1icmFuZGxpc3QrQUQwLW5vbmUrQUNZLWJ1bGxldHR5cGUrQUQwLW5vbmU=) makes a hollowpoint load; and I think Triton used to make a .38 Super load, but they're out of business now... :(

Thanks, I've also found a PMC hollow point on cheaper than dirt but I don't know how good it is.

RM, after hearing so much after that there Joe-juh ammo. I purchased some, very impressive. Did not shoot any .38Super as I have no need, but if it's like the .45acp or 9mm, you will not be disappointed.
PMC has a reputation (and IME) of horrific gun ragesque muzzle flash. I would not carry it.

PMC has bad muzzle flash huh? If there's ANYTHING this pistol doesn't need it's more muzzle flash, thanks for the info.
