These metal rods are about 20 inches long piece of round metal.
You can use your hands a shape a hook on one end to use it as a tool or for it to grip to the bottom of your hand.

They are called welding rods, welding irons or brazing wire.

I've never known welding rod that was as flexible as coat hanger wire.

If you strain you can bend it but probably just use pliers to bend it.

If I understand the meaning of the post, then maybe welding rods could be used as effective eskrima sticks.

They only cost 20 cents or whatever.
The problems I see.
Is the ones i got arent perfectly round.
They are half circle in shape.
Whereas a perfectly round stick is easier to wield in all directions.
They are very light so can be used to stab or hammer fist someone as well.
You could even scrunch the metal up into a rough ball shape and use as projectile
Your could shape them like a hammer as well but i like the weapon to be as skinny as possible so it can be swing in all directions
