Does anybody know where I can get my hands on a LMT 16" Upper with their enhanced BCG? LMT doens't have a dealer in my state, and google hasn't turned up much for me. I don't mind being on a waiting list for a few months, but to order straight from the factory I would get it in May 2010. Not a do-able time frame for me. Anybody have any leads? Thanks

You can get the upper here when they get them in.

www.bravocompanyusa.com

If they are not in stock you can sign up to be alerted for when they are.

Look on ar15.com in the equipment exchange. Always someone selling on there, but usually price gouging. Also some of their site supporters might have some in stock.

You can order an upper and have it delivered to you, its not a firearm so you dont need to get the upper from a dealer.

This is true, but a dealer is usually a pretty good place to start looking for one, whether it be in person, online, or over the phone. I'm wasn't talking about an FFL, just an LMT dealer ;)

Thanks for the tips so far, folks. I have signed up for a few email alerts from BravoCompany, and I am still looking elsewhere. Went around to some of my usual haunts here in Tulsa and they actually had some black rifles on the racks. Prices are still a bit high, but at least the guns are there. Of course, nobody that I know of here carries LMT/Noveske/etc. grade stuff :(

Gyp_c2,

LMT is quoting an 11 month lead time right now, which is no good for me. Direct from LMT was the first place I looked.

"LMT Sales" on google will get thousands of links to stuff that has nothing to do with rifles. "LMT Sale" also returns junk. I swear I know how to use google, and I really did look for these things before throwing it to the forum :D
