Hello,

I'm looking to purchase a weapon here pretty soon that I have to ship to an FFL. I'm looking for somebody who might be able to help me out?

Decent fees?

I've called around but I haven't found a "good friend." Haha

Anyone?

Regards,
Beau

Yatin Patel. patelsrepair.com $20 fee for normal stuff. Class III is $40.

Good guy, easy to work with. Most of the other people I called didn't get back to me quickly, he did, so he gets my recommendation. Transferred a XD-9sc through him.

Edit: forgot to add that's he's downriver in the Allen Park area.

Thanks a lot. 20.00 is a good fee... a little far but considering the fee +10 in gas would be cheaper than 50 for the fee and 3 in gas!

I will look into that!

Anyone else know of someone closer to auburn hills/lake orion?

JCisHe, you can use this webpage to find those near you. Just plug in your zip code.

I just found 25 listings within 20 miles of zip 48359, 4 of them $15.

I've used Yatin Patel several times, and recommend him, but can also recommend Chuck at Deuce Firearms in Dexter.

Yatin has had people drive from the other side of the state to use him for transfers, so there are others that have driven a lot further than you have to.

ToolTech Gunsight in Oxford is $25. The don't sell handguns so they aren't grumpy about doing them and they are cool with non-FFL shippers.
