Looks like I'm going to [knock on wood] be picking one of these up soon.Anybody here shoot one? I notice they do make a metallic ''insert'' or rimless cartridge for one, which do you prefer, the brass inserts,or the more historically correct paper cartridges? What's the best breech block lube/grease,lithium,or Bore Butter?Oh heck, just tell me everything...

I have the IAB calvary cabine, I have only shot nitrated paper cartridges with it so far, As for lube for the breech block goes, nothing I've found will allow me more than about 10 or 12 shots before getting so stiff that I have to take it apart and give it a quick wipe down and relube. But I sure do love shootin that lil ol thing,Big boom lots of smoke, and big chunks of lead hurled long distances, Whats not to love!!

The guy's throwing in an unused ''ring tail'' bullet mold for making paper cartridge type bullets, too! And a non period zip up leather case.but he lost the box and papers....still the gun looks like new,and has never been fired.
