there was program in history channel several days ago about metalic cartridges, in there they showed some kinda accessory slipped onto calipper one-side on head USMC reloading team was using to measure OAL, that seems really convenient for measuring OAL, but I couldn't find the name or where they sell that. right now i am using naked loaded ammo and caliper, it is time consuming to get OAL.
anyone knows what that is or where they sell it?

It could be the Stoney Point comparitor that takes into account the ogive of the bullet when measuring OAL. This tool does not measure true OAL, but measures OAL from rifling engagement which is a better representation of fit. From the Stoney Point web page:

"Measuring cartridge lengths across the bullet tips is not a reliable (or repeatable) method for measuring your loaded rounds. It is not uncommon for variations of up to .025" to exist from one round to the next when measured across the bullet tips. Bullet tips vary considerably due to the way in which bullets are made. Our Bullet Comparator solves that problem by measuring your rounds from a reliable surface on the bullet – the ogive – to provide consistent, precise measurements of your rounds. The Bullet Comparator is also used by many shooters to check uniformity of bullets – from base to ogive – which is critical to accuracy."
