CA Resident Requirements?

Hello, all -

I'm in the process of moving to San Diego. Anyone know off the top of their heads how long I need to be a resident before I can get a resident hunting license?

as soon as you go thru the DMV stuff, your a res.

When you fill out the license you will have to check a box that you have been a resident of CA for at least 6 months. There are some exceptions for military, etc.

You will also need:

A prior CA license OR
A hunting license from another state issued within the last 2 years OR
Proof of hunter education
