Came across this on GSA this morning.
http://gsaauctions.gov/gsaauctions/gsaauctions/
At the top of the page in the search box type in "PA". Hit the enter key and it'll pull every thing up for PA, about 10 entries. The auction ends today and you have to be a dealer.
Its about 1250 lbs, and looks like 9mm, .223, and shotgun.

Got to read the fine print: "BIDDER IS REQUIRED TO PROCESS FIRED BRASS THROUGH AN APPROVED POPPING FURNACE PRIOR TO PROCESSING FOR RECOVERY OF ITS BASIC MATERIAL CONTENT."

I did read it and did read the fine print. Apparently it includes everyone EXCEPT BHA who has a contract with the government to buy all their brass. They reload it then resell it. About a year ago that wasn't the case. You could buy the brass as long as you were a legal dealer and the "furnace" requirement wasn't there. I know because I bid on a bunch of it with a local FFL but we were out bid.
