Wow, those are neat. I'd be interested in user opinions as well.

My current headlamp is a Black Diamond white LED unit (4 LEDs). I like the switchable colors of the Streamlights.

I have one each of the Twin Task 1 and 2 Lithium models. Bought them primarily to leave in the car and for occasions I thought I might like to have less light. I found that my Poly Stinger and G2 were often brighter than what I needed/wanted for certain situations.

The Twin Tasks are sturdy little lights, and they are OK for the what I bought them for. Obviously not a good choice for defensive type light due to the switch location. The one thing I'm not crazy about is that to select the different modes you just keep pushing the on/off button opposed to having a seperate selector. 1st Click - Low Light LED, 2nd Click - Off, 3rd Click - Bright Light Xenon, 4th Click - well you get the picture.

All in all I like the light for my application.
