Carbon and Carbon rings..

How do you get rid of them?

Dont seem to have an GM TEC in France. :(

Noticed that the patches tend to get tough to move at about 18 and 23 inches in the 27 inch barrel.
I do not have a borescope... and cant see anything obvious in the bore.

A decent engine repair shop may have a borescope, the correct diameter.
