Kirst Cartridge Konverter

Has anyone had any experience with the Kirst Cartridge Konverter for the Uberti .36 caliber 1861 Navy revolver? I recently acquired one of these but am not really interested in black powder and would like to covert it to shoot the .38 colt cartridge. Pros, cons?
