New at this and would like to know what to click on to post a question. I thought I posted one but I cannot see it. Is this going to be under new posts? Where's the instruction manual on getting started? LOL:)

Okaaay ... isn't this sort of a Catch-22? You asked how to post a new question by posting a new question. ?? It works the same in all forums as it did in this one.

Maybe you need to explain the problem in more detail.
