Ive been shooting 410 slugs through my NEF pardner which has a fixed full choke. Ive noticed the accuracy suffers, but are there any safety issues that I should be concerned about? Seemed to work fine although recoil is stout, i guess from the constriction.
Also would lead buildup start to be a problem?

What kind of accuracy are you expecting? Shotguns of any gauge are not designed to shoot slugs.
I think you might know where I am going with this.
Its not hurting anything. 410 slugs have to be able to go through a full choke because that is what most 410s are choked.

No danger it just makes the gun kick harder.
