I noticed this was closed pretty quickly and thought I could enlighten a few folks. This very topic was discussed recently by Tom Gresham on "Gun Talk." Tom knows the individual and also talked with the mayor. The mayor essentially confirm EVERYTHING with Tom that was said with Bob. Tom Gresham presented this two weeks in a row; once when Bob first called the show about three weeks ago and again two weeks ago.

I think the original thread should be re-opened. Since most folks would say Tom Gresham is a reliable source.

Maybe so. we'll discuss it, but...
An American flag centers a wide flourish of pro-freedom stickers and decals on his back windshield.
Maybe I'm being anal, but I prefer communicating with people who use proper terms. There is no "back windshield". The windshield is on the front, the backlight is on the back. There is only one windshield on a vehicle, and it's on the front.

Nitpicking? Yeah, but I would prefer communicating with people who have at least an elementary command of the language.

I reopened the thread. But discussion will be limited to posts that are on topic in the legal forum..i.e. the law about being armed while interacting with the police.
