I am not going to post the entirety of this as it's to long.
but, I found a breakdown of some of it Here (http://www.theinquirer.net/?article=12219).
This in my openion is a completely ludicris treaty that should be totaly rejected.
Don't get me wrong though, I'm for Copyright protection, but taking it to this extreme is just plain stupid.
