Dixie Gun Works has a Lyman .735 but no .765. Wouldn't hurt to call them and see what they can do. Glad you got your barrel. Good luck and don't forget pictures!!!!:)

Jeff Tanner has a fine reputation for making brass molds at a reasonable price.

Rapine Bullet Mold Company in Pennsylvania. Unfortunately, they don't have a website anymore.

Try Steve Brooks' Molds they are built tough and specific and not cheap...but he'll make whatever you ask for.

I read that the Tanner molds take about 2 weeks to receive after being ordered.

Yes, go with Jeff Tanner. He has very quick delivery, usually 2-3 weeks even though they come from England! He has a U.S. address that you send your payment to so it really couldn't be easier. I've met Jeff, he's a real nice guy, a very serious & knowledgeable muzzleloader, & does quality work at a reasonable price.

From the Lee Precision website:

Molds
We make custom bullet molds to your specifications. Maximum bullet mold dimensions for standard mold blocks; (all dimensions in inches) single cavity, .580 diameter, 1.250 length; double cavity, .685* diameter, .900 length; six cavity, .520 diameter, 1.000 length; *for single cavity mold in double cavity blocks, like our slug mold. For two cavities in the double cavity blocks, max. diameter is .600 inch. Click here for a mold design assistance sheet.

We need:

Payment ($100 set-up and tooling fee for flat based bullets plus the cost of the mold ) ($150 for hollow based bullets, plus the cost of the mold)
Single or double cavity molds would be $24.98 each, six cavity would be $50.00 each. Hollow base bullets can only be made in single cavity, and are $25.98 each.
Add $4.00 to your order for order processing fee
The above set-up and tooling fee will be waived on orders of 25 pieces or more. For orders over 100 pieces regular dealer/distributor prices apply to mold prices, in addition to elimination of the set-up and tooling fee.

Not a bad deal, though it looks like they only make up to .685" diameter, but unless you're going to buy 25 or more identical molds it's still going to cost you $130 for a Lee mold. One of Jeff Tanner's molds will cost you $45 plus s&h.
