Does anyone use them? specifically the supertuck for a glock.
I like the fact that I can have one holster for both my 23 and 26.
Whats their reputation on quality?

i use one with my 1911's when i want to tuck my shirt in. super comfy & i can carry everything from my EMP to a longslide. one thing i would do differently is order it with the "combat cut".
for the rest of the time i use VMII's

I don't have a Glock, but I do use one with my Taurus PT-145 and it works a treat! Once I got through the break-in period I have found the holster so comfortable that I sometime don't remember that it is on. Another plus is that the holster is fairly configurable for cant and ride hieght because of the number of holes they put on the sides of the holster. If you are really into covert, they offer J-hooks that can replace the metal clips that come standard with the holster. I have both and each type of clip has its place. Over all I give it an A+ and you can ask my students about how hard it is to get a A from me! :)

I just got one for my XD's, and it seems to be quite comfortable. I haven't got the hang of the "tuck" part though. Must be a generational thing. :o

I have a couple. One of them, I made my own combat cut. Either way, it's not the one I choose to carry. I've gone with Fist holsters.
Also, I've never had success with the tuckable holster idea. Never seemed to work well for me.

I have a SuperTuck for my G36. My G22 fits nicely as well. I wear it daily. I prefer a 3 o'clock carry and sometimes, when I sit, the front SnapLok pushes into my leg. I deal with it. Mark, of Crossbreed, says they may have a holster for 3 o'clock carry before long.
I really don't expect carrying to be as comfortable as not carrying. The longer one carries the less noticeable it becomes. ::cool:
I recommend the SuperTuck. I have yet to find an OWB that conceals well enough to suit me. With the S/T I don't have a bulge. After all, IMO, concealed should be concealed not just covered. :what:
Take care. t

Just curious, you folks that use them, how's the Kydex treating your finish on the weapon?

jhco: I have a Supertuck and love it, I ordered an Ohai for MrsBFD's carry, and a mag carrier and a spare belt for myself ... based on the fit/quality of my SuperTuck. Mine is for a Walther PPS, your Glock would benefit from the offset belt attachment even more.
In the long run a Supertuck (~$70) will be cheaper than the 3-4 $25 holsters you try and discard looking for something half as comfy.
I'm nothing more than a satisfied CrossBreed customer, by the way. I pimp them a lot because I want to keep CB in business. If Mr Craighead decides to add goodies to my orders based on my shameless plugging of his product, I wouldn't argue, though.
Just curious, you folks that use them, how's the Kydex treating your finish on the weapon? No noticeable wear so far, but I'm sure it will happen eventually.
If you want to avoid holster wear, avoid holsters that require a sliding/sheathing motion.

I love my supertuck. It was made for my XD40 but fits my Taurus PT92 very well, fortunately. I highly recommend them. It's comfortable, very concealable, and drawing from them is smooth.

I see no wear at this point. I'm sure at some point there will be some visible wear. Wear marks don't bother me. I can't remember having a gun that is used everyday that doesn't show wear at some point.
If it is a holster gun it's inevitable wear will appear eventually.
Just my experience, YMMV. :D

They are, simply put, great. The kydex has done nothing to my CZ82 finish that can be flakey. They are adjustable, and comfortable. I switch between pocket carry and IWB with a supertuck and both are just as comfortable. With a good belt, it will hold as high or low and tight as you want.

I love my SuperTuck, too!
I carry a G19 @ the 3:00 position, and it disappears quite nicely.
(I'm 6'3" and ~ 175lbs)
As for wear, I've got marks on the muzzle end left side of the slide (I'm assuming from the leather), and some marks on the top of the slide behind the ejection port. It's nothing major, but it's there.
The Glock 19 is my daily carry - either in that holster on my person or in a Don Hume Royal Guard dropped in a bag or in the glove box or something.
I'd buy another Crossbreed product without hesitation.

I ordered an Ohai for MrsBFD's carry, and a mag carrier and a spare belt for myselfThey arrived today, the Ohai is great, the mag carrier is very nice and comfy to wear, and the belt is almost as good as my Beltman belt (which is some stiff [NPI] competition) and will be getting used and abused in rotation with the Beltman product.

I had been looking at these for several months now, this thread and a little overtime prompted me to get one.
Wore it all day today. Even for my Sunday afternoon nap on the couch. :D Including right side left side napping. Even laying on top of it, it didn't bother me. It was a good nap by the way. :p
So far so good, the only bit of irritation is the top curved edge, on the inside. I think I can work it out or wear it out. It's cut square. If it were rounded over on the top curve it would be just right.
