Anyone have any experience with both of these .45s. Looking for a 4" with standard grip and both have been recommended to me. Any opinions I get here make my shopping experience much easier. Other suggestions welcome also at this point in the decision making process. Thanks

In all honesty...Ive had both and Id take the STI in a NY second.
The guns are a work of art and hands down the best deal on higher end 1911's available today. You get a bloody lot for the money.........

Just dont ask which one is the Jag or the Porsche...hmmmmmmm.

I would get a real Colt Commander (oh wait--I did), but between the two, it would be hard to top the STI.
