Is thier an easy way to remove the SAR1 buttstock? Tried rubber mallet with no success.:cuss:

Well, assuming you removed both screws (I forgot about the one inside the receiver for a couple minutes... :banghead: ), you just have to get physical with the darn thing. I used a screw driver to jam inside and pry against some of the rivets or something to get the damn thing out. Didn't want to come quietly...

I agree. You are going to have to just get down and dirty with it. Mine took a good 15 minutes of beating to even start to wiggle around a bit. Almost got to the point of going out to the garage for a chainsaw. :D If you look insde, you should see a hole in the trunion i believe....this makes a nice place to shove a screwdriver down into and pry against.
