I can't seem to find any load data for this.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

I am a fairly new loader.
Here is my current load:
Frontier plated 9mm 115gr
3.8gr Titegroup
1.125 OAL
Average is around 1100 fps out of a Glock 34

Based on this, can I make any guesses as a starting load for the 115gr Hornady XTP JHP?

Welcome to the forum.

Adjust your OAL to the new bullet. The XTP is shorter than a round nose. Just measure the two bullets and adjust accordingly.

You should be able to find a lot of data in the manuals. FWIW, 4.2 to 4.3 grains of TG under the XTP's at an OAL of 1.08 to 1.10 shoot very nicely for me.

Out of curiosity, what sort of velocities are you getting out of your 4.2-4.3 gr of titegroup?

I'm looking to mimick some personal defense loads with my load.

I do not yet have a chrono but I regularly load 4.4 grains of Titegroup with a 115 XTP. I also load 4.7 for full power JHP in 115 and 124 grain. That's about at max for 115 and overmax for 124. The XTP and GD work well with Titegroup. Good luck, let me know what you get for velocity.
