Dallas Fire-Rescue Conducts Internal Investigation

DALLAS -- A Dallas firefighter is out on $1,500 bond after he was arrested for indecent exposure at a Colleyville Starbucks.

Reginald Diggs turned himself in and posted bond Oct. 9 after a woman reported to police that he exposed himself to her on the patio of Starbucks on Glade Road.

Dallas Fire-Rescue is conducting its own investigation.

Looks like Internal Affairs is looking into this. Should off duty conduct be reviewable/punishable by his employeer?
