As you know, Star is out of business, it has been so for some years now, making parts somewhat hard to find. Such is life, however there is hope respecting some aspects, in particular Recoil Buffers, which could well save frame battering.

While their catalog does not so state, the Recoil buffers offered by Buffer Technologies for the CZ 75 fit on and function with the Star Model 30 recoil spring guide rod assembly.

I've been told that these assemblies do not come apart. That might be the case with some, however every one, except for one unit, that I've ever come upon do disassemble, so recoil springs, if you can find or make any can be changed out, and the above mentioned recoil buffer can be installed. It's really a simple fix, and it could save a pistol from being beaten to death.

The foregoing might help some, no charge in any case.
