I've got an AR15 which I've more or less dedicated to use with a .22 conversion kit. Now there being no need for the buffer tube / recoil spring assembly, what are my options for swapping out for a folding stock which will just drop right on - got some links and model recommendations for folding stocks designed for use with GP uppers? Thanks.

P.S. If you're interested, PM me and I'll tell you what I've done for a "bolt-hold-closed" device solution, since the Aguila SSS's won't feed reliably. This allows a hand-cycling of the action.

I think it is ZM Weapons who makes those folding stock ARs, and IIRC, they sell just the stock for exactly what you want. IIRC.

Thanks GW, but (a) ZM doesn't show anything like that for sale as an accessory there, and (b) I should have clarified - I'm really looking for one that offsets the thing a bit LOWER than it must be for a regular AR15, like the Robinson XCR folding stock is lower. No need to have that high line of sight with no buffer tube, particularly for a .22 conversion. Looks to me like the ACE folder is on the same level as any other AR15 stock.

Does such a thing exist - anyone know?

I saw something like that for a airsoft AR, but now can't find the website. it was about $40, will have to goggle it.
