I just purchased a Bersa 644 .22lr single action pistol. The gun is like new condition. The gun is forged with very nice black finish. It has an Interarms trade mark on the one side of the slide and Bersa on the other side. I took it to the range today and found the gun to be very accurate at 15-25 yards. I would like to know when these guns were produced if anyone can provide any information I would appreciate it. I was able to find extra recoil springs and extra mags for this model.

Last I checked, CDNN had new factory mags for $4.99 each! If I were you, I would order at least half a dozen of those mags if they are still available. The Bersa 644 is the basic model that all the later Bersa guns were patterned after. The later guns are DA/SA but very similar in operation otherwise.

It is considered a good gun buy those that have owned them. I have an older Bersa 22lr pistol that I love. I don't shoot my Ruger MK-II anymore because the Bersa is more fun to shoot and is accurate enough to hit anything I want to hit. It is more challenging to shoot the Bersa because it is smaller and lighter.

I put 250 rounds through the gun today. This little gun will really shoot and has been soon much fun my other guns are getting a rest.
