AR-15 with a Ciener conversion kit and some 30-round magazines. Otherwise I think there are some tube magazine .22's such as the Taurus M62, which holds 13 rounds of .22LR.

My 70P (papoose) has a high mag clip that holds 19 rounds. Its not just that model that accepts them, its allot of the Marlin models accept them.

Cool!!! I also found the Feather, Henry AR7(Hard to find Hi Caps).

The AR15 is way out of my price range.

I like the Papoose.;)

Have you seen the Calico? (I don't know if they're still making new ones, but anyway...)

Remington 550 & 550-1, tubular mag, holds 15 .22LRs, 19 longs or 22 shorts & will fire them interchangably, without modifications...!!

in my opinion that one of the best .22 rifles ever made !!!!!!

This Remigton Speedmaster 552 holds 15 LR rounds.
It is the latest incarnation of the 550's mentioned above.:)

You guys are missing the classic: the Remington M552 Speedmaster. It has a tubular magazine under the barrel. Don't recall capacity, about 15 Long Rifles, as I recollect. Still made, and a handsome piece.

Remington's Nylon 66 has been out of production for some years, but many are on the used market.

You can get Marlin 10-shot mags for their M795 and M995, rifles that don't get enough coveage. They have box mags, but are based on the M60. The 995 is stainless. They have black synthetic stocks. I prefer these box magazines to tubular magazines, which I find hard to tell if they're loaded.
(Well, relatively)

Weatherby also made his Mk. XXII in a tubular version. There are some floating around at gun shows. Very stylish. I still prefer the box magazine version.

You posted as I typed. Thanks! Great photo! However, the M552 dates back to the 1950's, and is a distinct design from the cheaper M550.
How does yours shoot?

Just fine LS. It is still in it's first 500 rounds and has stuttered exactly once.
The trigger is a bit heavier than I'd like but at least it breaks very cleanly. The modified triggers on my 10/22's have spoiled me.;)

AUGTIGER,

Cheaper Than Dirt has 15-rnd mags for the AR-7, priced at $21.97 each. AR-7 Industries markets several 'flip-clips', which are nothing more than 2, 3, or 4 8-rnd mags welded together. When you empty a mag, you flip it over and use the next one. They're kind of expensive and IMO, not worth the price.

Then there's the Calico with it's 50 and 100 rnd mags. Of course, the guns are rare, and extra mags are even more rare.

Deadman,

Where did you get 15 round mags for the 452? I've never seen one before. (Have yet to buy a 452.)

EDIT : Never mind, just notice you're in Australia.

I was wondering that too. I have a bunch of ten round 452 mags but did not even know 15 rounders were ever produced.

Supposed to be a few NFA registered select fire weapons around too.

Where did you get 15 round mags for the 452?

I'd have to ask about the 15 round mag origins, as I'd say they are most likely imported.
