Regardless of whether Ohmer lifts the injunction or makes it permanent, the losing side will appeal up to the MO state supreme court, and that's where it'll really be decided.

Wonder if he'll actually listen to them, or if he's just doing it to take ammo away from us when he makes it permamnent. :uhoh: I doubt the NRA has any better arguments than the people already fighting have.
