I have a guy trying to trade me one of these and I can not find a value for it. It has never been shot and he is saying it is 100% Anyone have any ideas or information on this pistol?

Didn't TALO arms or distributing do that last cowboys theme? I am pretty sure ruger didn't do that. Don't know if it actually increased the value or not.
