What would you like your gun to smell like?

With the news that automakers are designing scents into their cars (for example, see here (http://www.nytimes.com/2003/10/25/automobiles/25SMEL.html?ex=1067659200&en=1466b8d0e3afe757&ei=5062&partner=GOOGLE)), the fascinating question comes up - what scent would you like to smell on your guns?
I can think of an endless range of marketing opportunities here. Ladysmiths could smell like roses; Desert Eagles could smell like camels; Glocks could smell like burnt toast; and so on! :D
So let's hear it from the THR peanut gallery. What scent would you want to smell on a gun, and why?

Remember, you asked.;)
I like the smells of :
Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee
Sassafras
Carpenthian Burl
Peppermint
Toffee
I'm very content with the smells of a deep rich bluing and fine wood grips, mixed with smells after I shoot one of mine though.;)

I want one that smells like the interior of a Bentley Arnage..
Why?
1) I want to be a "Big Dog", and according to Jermaine Dupree I can never be a "Big Dog" unless I purchase a Bentley..
2) I can't afford one..
3) They smell awesome!

I would make mine like a multilayer jaw breaker...so that the scent would change the more you shot it...gives you an incentive to go shooting.

My guns are NOT designed to give happpy feelings. They are designed to save my life by driving away or stopping bad guys.

The antique furniture in my grandmother's old house. She had an old upright piano, among other pieces, that had a kind of old wood and varnish smell. The piano and the house (and my grandmother) are gone now, but I have a 1920's era Winchester '97 that smells like that. For now, it's not for shootin', it's just for smellin'.

I can't really tell you, but I can tell you how to see for yourself.
Go grab your .308, go outside, and fire three rounds.
Then open the bolt and inhale.
The smell of Winchester ball powder...

If I could find a solvent and lube that matched my wife's perfume - she might not be quite so quick to figure out what I've been up to.
Wait a minute - on second thought - maybe that's not such a good idea after all. Don't want the guys to get the wrong idea.
Oh well, I guess CLP will be the scent for me.

"I love the smell of napalm in the morning....." Oh, I digress.........
Lead, steel, Hoppes 9, grease, oil, ....If they make Lady Smith's smell like roses - the BG's would just run from the scent of the gun.

Opium, the perfume, not the drug.
It's my favorite perfume, the one I wear most often in cool and cold weather. If my handguns smelled like Opium they wouldn't clash with my perfume.

Right now, preferrably RIG #2. Way better than say, Shooter's Choice. If they wanted to instill a great scent into the cleaners, then I would agree with the fresh ground espresso. Barring that, maybe Drakkar? The womens guns could be Organza.

I got a Makarov (sp?) that smells like the mule hide holster it came in.
Got a .22 rifle that smells like Murphy's Oil Soap, because I clean it with "Panther Piss" (a mixture of Murphy's Oil Soap, Peroxide and ???..Huh..I can't remember if it was alcohol or ammonia. It's pretty good stuff on the gunk that .22 semi autos get.

If I had to pick a different kinda smell then I'd have to go with the men's cologne called Safari but just a hint or I'm sure I wouldn't be able to concentrate... :D

I made some of that up ..... it is tho actually intended mainly for BP clean-up .... and also good for after corrosive ammo in center fire rifles, handguns.
The formulation is ....
3 pts 3% peroxide
3 pts Rubbing (iso-propyl alcohol
2 pts Murphy's oil soap
Best stored in a light proof jug so as to reduce the speed of degredation of the peroxide content. Great brew!:)

What would I like my guns to smell like if I had a choice? Hmmm....
1) my pipe tobaccos (some of the aromatics would be OK, the English blends would be perfect)
2) Johnnie Walker Black Label or a nice single malt
3) amaretto
4) rich hardwoods
5) a nice cigar
6) fine leather
