Senate passed it...
It appears to me that if WI residents don't want it vetoed which would likely not be overridden that then they should blitz the Governors office with e'mail, snail mail and phone calls continuously until he gets the message.
Of course he already knows what the people want. It's just that being a demonrat he either doesn't care or is of the opinion he knows best for them because they are just uninformed or misguided and need his protections.

Frankly, I kind of like the pols that wind up with more of a 60/40 split in our favor.
