I have been doing some research for a duck gun around $500 and am fairly set on the beretta 890 i think its now 8901 in walmart from what i can gather what i would like to ask is as ive been reading apparantly walmart has these for $529 sometimes less but i have not been able to find which store in my area carries these or i can order from. I dont want to drive to the nearest one because they are a long way out of LA there website tells you nothing most of the associates are pretty clueless when you ask them so any help with location and pricing would be appreciated.
The nearest bass pros is 70 miles away no pricing on there website no cabelas in my area Gun Broker seems like everything is over retail any suggestion appreciated.
And yes i do want to move to the country.

I think you're talking about the 390 and 3901 from Walmart? Each store is different regarding guns - some locales will carry them and some will not. Call all of the local ones and see if any have them. Besides Gunbroker, there is Guns America, Guns International and Auction Arms. Retail web sites include Gamaliel, Able Ammo, etc. In any of these cases, you will need to have it shipped to a FFL for transfer. It might be easier toi drive the miles to the walmart and save that aspect

I don't believe that LA area Wal Marts sell any guns at all. California made it essentially impossible for Wal-Mart to sell guns.
I don't believe that the Wal-Mart 390s are around anywhere, and when I tried to order a 3901 at Wal-Mart here, the guy told me they can't even order Berettas any more.
How true that is, who knows? I don't trust their staff to know their asses from their elbows.
Cabela's ended up with some of the 390s and had them on sale here recently. They went fast; I never got one. They were $550 or so.
Try a Mossberg 930. Nice gun, made in USA, and not expensive. Plain black MSRP is $545, street price much less.

I was in two different Walmarts today - one carried guns, one did not. The 3901 and 390 were on display in the rack - so they're available
