Does anyone know If any company produces a reproduction or blank fireing vulcanic arms pistol? Id love to have even a blank fireing one for my collection but all I can find are replica non fireing wall hangers. I posted this in the general handguns section but on later thought figured here would be better.

I once saw an antique cap gun toy Volcanic in an antique store in Fillmore, CA. I would have bought it but for the price being too high.

There's an amazing gunsmith that had recreated the Volcanic using modern materials. He also designed the ammo for it by shortening the .40 S&W case to .550 so that they function in a firearm with such a short bolt throw.

I am so impressed with this build, I can't even find enough words.

The gun is not for sale and if it were I would think it'd cost at least $15,000 as the guy built his own tools and spent countless hours working on it.
