I ordered CCI primers from Graf & Sons back in March. Just got a call from Graf that they had some primers in stock and were going to ship them to me. And they were only going to charge what they originally quoted me back in March! They weren't going to raise the price!!! And they were going to split the HazMat fee with me since this was a back order and had already paid the HazMat fee for the powder that they shipped me in March. Only $10. I thought that was nice of them. Especially honoring the price I was quoted in March! So maybe this shortage is finally coming to an end??

Grafs only charged me $108 for 5,000 primers. That's just under $22/1K. About the same price I was paying at my local before all this mess.....

Graf's is good to be a customer of. they try to do the right thing by their customers IMO.

I have an order at Grafs for about the same time period. I haven't heard from them yet. I hope I hear from them soon. This is good news anyway.

I usually order my primers from Wideners and they have never wronged me. I have ordered from Grafs also and never had a problem with them. BUT hearing all these good things about Grafs and primers makes me want to order my next batch of primers from them! :D

I am visiting some friends out of town, and the small store here is getting some primers in tomorrow, I reserved some...and picked up a pound of Varget while I was at it. :D

For whatever reason, I have had the best luck locating primers by systematically calling the non-chain gunshops in my area. It took a lot of calls, but I did finally track down some this past weekend. The chain big-box outfits around me have nothing.
