Just got my horn from my friend who does this kind of work from scratch.

Yes it is, this guy does this by hand starting with a raw horn and works and works at it until he likes it. He is even wrong-handed, I mean left-handed. This is He at Fort Halifax Pa festival.

What did you pay for your horn if you don't mind me asking?

As a good friend it was relatively cheap, this horn would probably be several hundred or more depending on the detail that is ordered up.
