Many places. For example, Dixon's Muzzleloading Shop (http://dixonmuzzleloading.com/) in Kempton, PA.
Or, you can order it from any of the following mail order suppliers:

The following is a Goex distributor who can probably steer you to someone in your area:
J & J Pyrotechnics Mfg., Inc.

There's a large public shooting range with a gun shop in Wallingford, CT that usually stocks it but their prices tend to be high. They also carry a wide variety of muzzle loading shooting supplies.
Located off of Exit 15 of I-91, south of the intersections with the Merritt Parkway & I-691 in south Central Connecticut.
I-84 connects with I-691 so it's interstate driving all of the way there.
You can prime with 3F or 2F. Remember, those soldiers of the French & Indian War and the American Revolution didn't carry priming horns. They primed from their cartridges. It wasn't until the Napoleonic Era that some riflemen had separate priming horns but the regular soldier still primed from the cartridge.
You can talk with the reenactment guys at Fort Montgomery (on the Hudson). They're from NYC and portray the 7th New York Infantry.

Dixon's is a candy store. The personnel are just as much fun to talk to as the wares are to look at. It's almost a shame to walk out of there with just a can of powder. I've never been able to do it.
