A couple excllent ones are:

With British Snipers to the Reich , by Captain C. Shore

Shots Fired In Anger , by LTC John George

Also get McBride's The Emma Gees , although the focus in this one is more on machine guns.

The Civil War Diary of Wyman White - rifleman par excellance circa 1862-1865. Singularly the best account by a Union sharpshooter.

Berry Benson's Civil War Book - Wyman White's Confederate counterpart. Benson's book is important, but for a treasure trove of information and insights, White's is superior.

Lee's Sharpshooters or Forefront of Battle - by Capt. William Dunlop. Berry Benson's Commanding Officer. Excellent appendices by other battalion commanders.

There are other Civil War books by sharpshooters, but none approach the quality of these three.
