I've had a 2.5" M66-2 for a while and liked it. A few months ago my dealer got a 2.5" M19-3, said he was going to keep it. But several weeks ago he changed his mind and let me have it. Now i have a matched pair of snub-nosed K's.

Now, someone PLEASE buy my S&W M41 (listed in the Handguns for Sale section) so I can afford all this stuff!

Love those guns. Those are great looking grips, too. Who made them?

Now all you need is a set of ebony and ivory grips to really spice them up.

Now THAT is an idea I'll have to consider seriously.

I already have a model 41. One of those is enough trouble.

Thanks. I assume that you are talking about the wood grips since the rubber on the M19 is a Pachmyer grip. IIRC, the wood grips are a pair of Eagle grips that came with my Performance Center 681. They are nice and feel very good. But I prefer a good set of rubber grips for heaviewr loads.

Dam, sure wish you hadn't stuck those pix in the thread. Now I'm ready to sell a Glock or two and run out and find a Mod 66-2. That is truly a beautiful handgun and I gotta have one.
Can you comfortably conceal and carry a revo that size? I have a "J" frame and a Colt "D" frame that conceal and carry well but that Mod 66-2 has them beat hands down.

Some people can. I have a difficult time except in winter myself.

I like those 2.5 m19's got one and it would be nice to find a matching 66 or another 19 to go with it. I am still working on finding a rig to ccw it with. Enjoy!!!

Nice guns! I am looking for a snub nose .357 myself right now.

You should switch the grips around on those two guns. Black rubber looks really bad on blued guns and a nice set of wood grips is wasted on SS. The wood would really make the blued gun stand out better and the rubber would contrast nicely with the SS. Just my opinion.;)

"Just my opinion."

I am going to do something with the grips, they just happened to be the closest ones I had. I may take Keyser soze's suggestion and get some Ivory grips for the M19, those would look good!

Ivory would look great on the 19, BUT, IMHO those wood grips look fantastic on the 66. I darn sure wouldn't change 'em.

Just try those nice wood grips on the 19, you will like it.:D The wood grips will look good on either gun but since you only have one set, they should go on the blue gun and the rubber should go on the SS gun. Or, you could just buy another set of nice wood grips for the M-19 and have a sweet pair.;)

Maybe I should just buy more 2.5" k-frames to use to try out different grips???

:scrutiny:
