PMC and PPU Brass

I came into some free 9mm brass with the headstamps PMC and PPU. Is this stuff worth fooling with as far as reloading it?

PMC and PPU is good stuff, and just so you know PPU is Privi Partisan.

I've found PMC ammo to be just so-so (haven't tryed the 'premium' rounds) but the brass is very good for re-loading better than Win IMO.
Privi I haven't shot any of but hear it's good stuff.
