Where I hunt at there is a man who is 90 years old and he has a very old shotgun. This past weekend we took out his shotgun so I could see if I could find some information on it. The man doesn't really know anything about it so I took it upon myself. I got all the information off the gun that I could. So here is what I got.

It is a single shot break.

WORTHINGTON
CHALLENGER is the on side

12 GAUGE CHOKE BORE BARREL AND LUG FORGED IN ONE

is on the top of the barrel

And when you take out the barrel and look on the bottom there is a
E 2610 H stamped in. E 2610 H is also on other parts of the gun.

So what information can you guys give me? It needs a new forend also. It has a large crack in it. Or can someone tell me how to repair it?

Worthington was a trade name used by H&D Folsom arms co. on various firearms made for Geroge Worthinton Co of Cleveland OH back in the 20's & 30's.
