You have a .38 Safety Hammerless 4th Model, manufactured from 1898 (at S/N 116003) to 1907 (S/N 220000, approximately). There were about 104,000 of them made. Value depends a lot on condition, and I'm the wrong person to judge that for you, particularly from a photo. The SCSW lists a range of $175 for fair to $235 for very good. I would say you're in there somewhere, and also consider that the prices in the book are out-of-date and most Smiths are bringing something on the order of 25% to 50% more than what's listed.
