I was thinking of buying a Remington 11-48 28 ga with a skeet barrel for shooting skeet. Could anyone give me an opinion about this gun for shooting skeet?

It's okay if you like a long recoil action. My buddy has one and it works fine. I prefer the 1100 myself, even though it does fling the shells a bit further. I think a lot of people who have 11-48s for sale in 28 gauge think they are rare or something. Check for wear before buying, because a lot of target guns have seen a lot of rounds.
