I live in a city where the Chief of Police won't sign the letter required to get a license for a machine gun.
I am considering forming a corporation, which can purchase the machine gun, and does not need the letter from the Chief of Police (or other official).
Has anybody on TFL done this? What about forming a Delaware based corporation, mentioned in another thread, whilst in, say, Missouri?
Access Incorporation Services (http://www.accessincorp.com/corpfaq.htm) This company seems to make it easy, pay them a hundred dollars a year to do the paperwork.
Any problems with a corporation in one state, and the machine gun in another?
