As long as you don't exceed 100gr you should be ok.
Having a Knight USAK with a 22" barrel I would say that you will probably not like what you see accuracy-wise if using those pellets. That barrel does not like to be over charged - the bullets get over-stabilized and accuracy suffers.

My rifle likes its loads in the 1500 to 1600fps range, which for me is a powder charge of:
80gr 2fg loose 777 with 300gr sabots
90gr 3fg loose 777 with 350gr sabots
100gr 3fg loose 777 with 400gr sabots And this load packs one HELLUVA punch! :what:
