It has these 2 numbers...

Bottom of grip : C 84909

Inside gun : 33126

Sounds like it's probably a "Military & Police" model, c. 1948/49 based on the s/n. That's the grip # that is the s/n; the inside number is irrelevant.

Value depends upon the condition, barrel length, and original condition. Range would likely be $150 to $350 for a good working condition in fair/good up to excellent/mint condition. If you post a few good pictures we can be more specific and make a positive ID and better valuation.
