I don't know who, but usually Lyman made sure they were better quality than the usual Italian imports. Investarms makes their current inventory with Dixie. They are considered high quality as a rule.

If you are currently looking at the one on Gunbroker, it looks good as to fit of wood to metal. Problem is that the rear sight has been remove and repalce with something that looks modern.
