I replaced the recoil and hammer springs on my FEG PA-63 and with the recoil spring came a replacement firing pin spring. I decided to go ahead and replace that as well. Maybe not the best decision. Everything else was easy, this not so much. When I removed the safety, a small pin came out from somewhere and god knows if I can figure out where. If anyone could help I would appreciate it.
I attached a picture of the piece. Thanks
MC

It appears to be the "firing pin tension plunger"; http://www.buymilsurp.com/pistol-parts-accessories-hungarian-pa63-pistol-c-3546_3204.html

A firing pin tension plunger is just a hollow cylinder that is slightly rounded on one end. This pic shows something that is more pointed, presumably solid, and is tapered on both ends.
I have never seen one of those, but I assume you are correct, xman. Mine has a small round "BB," which I always thought was fishy. The last owner must have lost the actual pin. And it is, for sure, the part that "shoots out" when you disassemble the slide.
*this is also a part that I have not found for sale on the milsurp site. It must be so commonly lost, that they are no longer available!
