Before anyone says this, I have shouldered these three and don't have a clear favorite. Savage Weather Warrior with Accustock, Tikka T3 stainless, and Weatherby's vanguard stainless. I want stainless to assist with upkeep as this will be an all weather do everything rifle; pronghorn, muley, elk, etc.
I like the 24 inch barrel of the weatherby. Tikka offers the 1 MOA guarantee, Savage is the most expensive of the three but has the accutrigger and stock.

Just bought a weather warrior with accustock, accutrigger. Nice weapon all around.

The vanguard has a guarantee of a 1.5'' 3 shot group.

What caliber?

Most likely 30-06 or 7mm. I have shot both, like both, both do all I need, for now.

I just purchased a Savage Model 16 Weather Warrior in 308 win. Accutrigger/Accustock equipped. I love it to say the least. As we speak I'm packing up to head to the range for some more shooting with it. Right now I'll be putting Winchester Super X 150gr. thru it, just to get everything tuned up. At some point today I'll be doing an accuracy check with these $22/box rounds just to see what it'll do. I'll update when I get home later and give you a better report.

I've owned two Savage WWers --- WITHOUT the Accutrigger both would do 3/4-1" for a 5 shot group at 100 yards from the bench !!!

Have and have used them all that you list...
If I had to grab one going out the door opening mourning it would definitely be the Savage Weather Warrior... in 30-06.

As said, I have not seen a Savage produce groups larger than 1"@100y...without there being a significant problem somewhere...99% of them are shooting in the .7's or less with even mediocre factory loaded ammunition...right out of the box! No messin', no fussin'! Just load and go!

I cannot say enough concerning the Accustock and Accutrigger, although there are better built, not operating, aftermarket triggers out there.

The Tikka is a good enough rifle but takes a backseat to the Savages... at least in our shop.
As for the Weatherby Vanguard, well....IMHO, I wouldn't!

I am a Weatherby fan. I love the 2 I own, and for the price, you can put better glass on them. About the 1.5" guarantee, my .243 shot a 3 shot .310"@100 on the factory target and I have been able to shoot just about as close with my reloads. I am fairly new to shooting and this rifle shoots better than I do. Just my 2 cents worth!

So far, Savage and Tikka in a dead heat. Tikka being about $150 less has the advantage.

That is their guarantee on the standard models 1-1/2" or better, most shoot more like 1". The SubMOA's are guaranteed at .99" or better. I have a standard Vangurd 300WBY mag that will stack 'em in the same hole @ 100yds. I have a stainlees Vanguard SubMOA in .257WBY mag on order. I'll let you know how that one does when I get it in.

OK, to the point, my vote is for Weatherby. I'm just not a Savage fan (I do own one). As far as Tikka, don't buy off Sako's value line up. If you want a Finnish bang stick, be patient, save your cash and buy the real deal.

Just a few brain droppings.....

Tikka is made by Sako, I have one in a 300wsm. It will put 3 rounds inside a penny at 100 yards using Winchester Power Points. You can also ajust the trigger.

This is a bump before I leave work.
So far with this post and the one on TFL it is:
Savage - 14
Weatherby - 18
Tikka - 21

I looked at a lot of stainless/synthetic rifles recently. I don't know what your price range is exactly, but I liked the new Model 70 Extreme Weather a lot. I did look at the Savage WW, and the Tikka T3. The Savage WW was nice. Did not care for or see the appeal of the Tikka (other than price). I don't know about the other experiences, because obviously others like them, but to me the Tikka feels like a cheap gun and does not have a smooth bolt throw. It reminds me of a Remington 770! I looked at the Sako Finnlight and Grey Wolf as well (much more expensive), and would have to agree with BMF500 - don't buy the Tikka, save for the Sako. The Remington XCR was nice and had a 24" barrel in 30-06. Brownings are nice and have a reputation for accuracy, at least the A-bolts do. I did not handle the Weatherby, so I don't have an opinion on that one. Of the ones you listed, I'd probably pick the Savage or maybe the Weatherby, definitely not the Tikka though.

Savage all the way!!! I just bought a new Weather Warrior in 300 win mag w/accustock and accutrigger and it's an awesome gun. Very very accurate IMO it's worth the extra cash.

I have a Savage, and I love it. It's a rare day that anyone has anything bad to say about Savage. Then again, you normally hear only good things about those other rifles too.

I voted for with my hard-earned cash for the T3 lite stainless 5 years ago in 308, and have never regretted my decision. All of the guns mentioned are competent. It's just a matter of which has the best execution of the features you value most.

I went for accuracy, slick operation and a good trigger.

Personally I like the Ruger MK II series in all weather coating. I have 2 so far.

I think any of the three will make a great rifle. I like the accutrigger but the others aren't bad either. I'm sure they all three will shoot well. I haven't heard of any Savage not shooting well, then again I haven't heard of a vanguard or tikka not shooting well either. Pick what you like the most.

but to me the Tikka feels like a cheap gun

That's because they ARE a cheaply manufactured firearm...

I'm NOT saying they are a junk, bad, crappy or any other derogatory statement, but if you ever pull a Tikka completely apart, I mean barrel out of the receiver, the whole works and compare them to a Remington, Savage or Weatherby(U.S. manufactured) you would be suprised!

Lots o' shortcuts to building these rifles...

They do however shoot well, and for some, they even have an aesthetic appeal.

I voted Weatherby. I have a Savage .17HMR that'll shoot the wings off a fly, that accutrigger is simply awesome. However, I did just pick up a new .270 Weatherby Vanguard Deluxe on a sweet sale. Weatherby puts targets from the factory in with each of their rifles (although I believe they are discontinuing this practice with Vanguards as of last month) and guarantee 1.5 MOA. They also have a sub-moa rifle. The one I got wasn't the sub-moa model, but the factory target was.... about a 3/4 inch group. So if they have more than one of those Weatherby's in stock, see if they'll let you take a look at some of those factory targets and pick the better one.

I would have to say the tikka. The best out of the box gun I have ever owned and I have owned many. I will be buying more tikka's in the future.

I voted for Tikka T3 Lite. I recently put one to my shoulder (at a gun shop) and I was amazed at how good it felt. If I was going to purchase a bolt rifle I would go with the Tikka.

If the Weather Warrior you mention has that new Accu-stock, then I'd go with that; otherwise, the Tikka.
