Any idea of whether or not the Muzzleloading Forum has been hacked?
The Doc is out now.

I don't think that it's been hacked.
I posted there yesterday and it was working fine and it also appears to be working now.
And there aren't any current announcements there about an ongoing hacking problem.
What leads you to ask?
Have you noticed that something is wrong?

I've seen no problems there.

There was a Cyber attack on Google yesterday I think, and it might have affected some servers elsewhere. My kid is complaining that Blizzard Entertainment has most of it's servers down beyond the normal Tuesday maintenance (World of Warcraft) and I don't know if that's them or they had an outside problem. So if you're having trouble it may be between your PC and the ML Forum server at some point in the chain.

Well, it looks different - now. Yesterday when I tried to get on it, and this morning, there was a bunch of gibberish printed at the top of the page toat took up the whole screen. You had to scroll down to find the forums.

I've gotten a lot of useful, if curmudgeonly, advice from that forum. Just don't mention in-lines or sabots. If you do they'll go all quiet and start loading muskets ;-)

Thank you guys! :)
The referral credits are just brownie points without any known value associated with them.

There's a thread about it now on the MLF under "Using the forum" entitled: "Gobbledygook on web page"
Apparently the gibberish can only be seen by a minority of users and the cause is being investigated.

Does that mean you are entitled to special government programs?

Yup, I just didn't want folks to think they had to have a referral to join.
