Recently in Wisconsin, the AG came out with a decision that open carry was not illegal in the state, and that you could not be charged with disorderly conduct for simply carrying a firearm openly. Now I heard that a group of gun owners had a picnic and called it an open carry picnic. Had I known about it, I would have gone.
The mayor and city council tried to outlaw them, but were shouted down by open carry supporters at the meeting. The bill died. LOL
