Strongside

I recently purchased my first 1911-style pistol (a post about that is on its way) and I need advice on a good strongside OWB holster for general carry. I have no leather/ kydex or belt/ paddle biases, I am just trying to find what works.
My priorities are:
1. Speed
2. Security
3. Comfort
4. Concealability
in that order.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Blackhawk Serpa (http://www.blackhawk.com/catalog/SERPA-Concealment,1410.htm) are excellent holsters. I have one for my USP, and a friend loves his for his 1911. The release is in a natural (and safe) location, very secure, about as comfortable as any other holster, and you can conceal it under a rain jacket.

Raven concealment. I use them at home and overseas, and I cannot praise them enough.

Agreed this is a great holster. It is also at a price point that if you buy it and decide it is not for you no real damage will be done.
You also get the option of two mounting options with serveral options for angle adjustment.
Milt Sparks and Kramer both make excellent leather holsters that will meet your needs.
